Ever since the Robos arrived in a damaged spaceship twenty years ago, they’ve been objects of suspicion. Where did they come from? Why are they here? Not even the Robos themselves know for sure.
For one Robo who wants nothing more than to open his own restaurant and make people happy, these questions will soon take on galactic proportions.
Big Friendly Killbots is a story of passion, longing, belief, and possibility. It’s a human story, seen through the eyes of the “Robos”, a race of artificially intelligent machines trapped on Earth with no idea why they’re here. Are they invaders? diplomats? scientists? exterminators?
BFK takes us from the very small world of BK, a low-ranking mob enforcer with big dreams, to his full understanding of his origin and destiny. It’s a destiny with big implications for the Earth and everyone on it.
My writing partner, the great Nathan Thomas, and I are developing Big Friendly Killbots as a potential live-action/animation hybrid TV show. Follow Nate on Threads, Twitter, or wherever paperbacks are sold.
